How to Change Your Lobby Background
Tired of the default seasonal background? ExfrySwapper allows you to inject any local image file directly into the game's UI assets, replacing the standard 3D lobby with your custom 2D wallpaper.

Image Requirements
The game engine is strict about texture formats. If your image is too large or has the wrong aspect ratio, you will get a black screen.

Injection Steps
- 1Open ExfrySwapper and navigate to the Misc tab (Icon: ).
- 2Click on the "Custom Lobby" card.
- 3Drag & Drop your 1920x1080 image into the box.
- 4Click Convert. The app will freeze for about 3-5 seconds while it compresses the texture.
Note: You must restart Fortnite for the new lobby background to appear. It does not update in real-time.
Common Issues
I see a Black Screen / Glitches
This happens if your image resolution is weird (e.g. 4000x3000) or the file is too big.
Fix: Resize image to exactly 1920x1080 pixels
