ExfrySwapper is an independent software tool created by enthusiasts. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Epic Games, Inc., Fortnite, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names Fortnite and Epic Games as well as related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ExfrySwapper ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
You acknowledge that using third-party tools to modify game files may violate the game developer's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of this software, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, game instability, or data loss. You use this software entirely at your own risk.
3. License and Restrictions
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the Software strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You explicitly agree not to:
- Sell, rent, or sub-license the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for malicious purposes or distribute malware.
4. Intellectual Property
The code and design of ExfrySwapper are the intellectual property of the developers. However, all in-game assets, skins, and images referenced or displayed by the Software remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. The Software does not grant you ownership of these digital assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers of ExfrySwapper be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
