Complete Installation & Setup Guide
Welcome to ExfrySwapper! This guide will walk you through the entire process of setting up the software correctly to ensure smooth skin swapping without errors. Follow these steps carefully.

Install .NET Runtime
ExfrySwapper is built on Microsoft's modern architecture. If the app crashes instantly upon opening (or doesn't open at all), you are 99% missing this component.

Antivirus Exclusions
Why is this needed? The swapper modifies game files locally. Windows Defender often flags this behavior as a "False Positive". You must exclude the folder to prevent the app from being deleted.
- 1Create a folder on your desktop named "Exfry".
- 2Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection.
- 3Click "Manage settings" under Virus & threat protection settings.
- 4Scroll down to Exclusions → "Add or remove exclusions".
- 5Click "Add an exclusion" → Folder → Select your "Exfry" folder.

Setting the Game Path
On first launch, if you see a Path Not Found error, you need to set it manually.
Standard Installation Path
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64\
Navigate to this folder and select the file named FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.exe.
You are ready!
Once the path is set, the main dashboard will load your items.
